"Neon Array" (2009) series belongs to a larger body of works titled Experiments, where I am trying to use certain artistic tools as scientific research tools.
A neon light, which we perceive as consistent stream actually flickers about 60 time per second, just like a stroboscope.
I set up my camera to a image sequence shooting mode and took an sequence of about 35 images, trying to record the flickering.
"Feedback Array" (2006) I connected a digital camera to a computer screen. After I took a picture of the screen, it was loaded onto the screen and took a picture again. I repeated this circle again and again. First, I started with a blue screen. After several rounds it faded into green and than red.
